Mod : X-Men

The X-Men addon is a massive modification that adds an impressive collection of characters from the world of X-Men comics and Hollywood blockbusters to Minecraft. Wolverine, Mercury, Beast and even Deadpool - the new characters will be fully playable and appear in both "Creativity" and "Survival" modes.

In addition to the X-Men, the mod-pack also includes a new merchant (Charles Xavier) and a new material - adamantium, which will be useful in the production of unusual armors, weapons and accessories. It's not hard to find this unusual alloy: the gray-black block is generated near bodies of water - both above and below ground.

The adamantium found must be processed in a furnace before being forged: after melting, a special black ingot will be added to your inventory, which even a novice blacksmith can handle.

Costumes and characters

The X-Men's basic outfits are assembled at the workbench from adamantium ingots and pre-prepared pieces of armor (gold helmet, steel breastplate or non-gold boots, for example). Each prepared combination guarantees access to unusual effects, while enhancing basic characteristics and opening up new abilities. But first things first.

Wolverine

Wolverine's costume consists of 4 items that increase the following stats:

• Physical damage resistance - 4 ;
• Jump height - 4 ;
• Running speed - 10 ;
• Regeneration - 4 ;
• Walking speed - 3 ;
• Strength - 4.

When using Wolverine's claws, virtual travelers can inflict even more damage (up to 24 units) and attack enemies in a given area using the sneak attack button.

Cyclops

The superhero and mutant Cyclops relies on the laser beams emitted by his eyes to fight. The mod-pak offers immediate collection of special glasses, which can inflict magical damage at great distances. The superhero's costume is made up of just 6 adamantium blocks and a few pieces of armor, so its features aren't very impressive:

• Physical damage resistance - 3 ;
• Jump height - 2 ;
• Running speed - 2 ;
• Regeneration - 1 ;
• Walking speed - 2 ;
• Strength - 2.

Deadpool

Deadpool is an anti-hero who makes fun of many of the ideas espoused by the X-Men. But incessant banter doesn't stop the character from relying on special blades, which cause bleeding, and a set of two pistols, which leave unprepared opponents no chance.

The pistols take a long time to reload, and a new magazine must be constantly manufactured from gunpowder and adamantium ingots.

The suit has the following characteristics:

• Endurance - 3 ;
• Jumping height - 2 ;
• Running speed - 2 ;
• Counter-attack - 1 ;
• Walking speed - 2 ;
• Strength - 2.

Charles Xavier

Third-party skins and costumes are no longer manufactured, but purchased for adamantium ingots from the leader of the X-Men, Charles Xavier. The character cannot be found on the global map; the merchant has to be literally assembled piece by piece (exactly how - below). In addition to costumes, the assortment often includes third-party trinkets, such as exclusive weapons.

• Mercury. The character gains lightning-fast speed and possesses great strength and endurance. Secondary characteristics are average (2).
• Beast. The Beast costume doesn't impose any additional effects or give access to unusual abilities, but it does increase strength and damage resistance to 4 and jump speed and size to 3.
• Gambit. The superhero will appeal to those who aren't afraid of actively engaging in combat (stamina - 4) and are used to jumping and running a lot (3 points in each characteristic category).
• Helm. A character with a fairly universal set of characteristics, with several bonuses to jump height, running speed and strength (3).
• Colossus. This colossus is strong (4), fast (3) and not afraid to get his hands dirty, even in the midst of a crowd of enemies (his damage resistance is 4).
• Storm. The combination adds resistance to fire and fall damage, and increases jump height, running speed and strength (4). Storm also has the ability to summon lightning to a chosen location on the map and "fry" enemies with elemental powers.

At the same time, the developers will allow you to use Gambit's cane, which inflicts enormous damage to the area and pushes anyone nearby.

The attack is truly devastating, and all you have to do is press the attack and jump button.
