Mod: Followers of the Void

A very large custom build will allow you to update the game world of Minecraft and make it more fun. In Followers of the Void you will find a lot of new mobs that will want to fight with your characters. Some of them will also have additional features.

Let's take a closer look at the author's mobs from Followers of the Void:

Merchants

Spawn in all locations. When they die, they turn into merchants who are no longer a threat - on the contrary, you can buy valuable items from them.

Death Blade and Abyss Reaper

Can dry out your character by attacking in their area. Deals 30 damage and has a health of 1200.

Void Mage

Distinctive feature - does not rush to attack himself, but calls for helpers. They can become a real problem, especially if the mage adds his own weapon and starts fighting with fireballs. There will be a large explosion when the mob is destroyed. It has a health of 1600.

Beast of the Void

Despite having only 600 health, it can cause you problems with its minions attacking at the same time. The Beast itself can deal varying amounts of damage, either 20 or 30 damage, depending on the phase of the attack.

Edge Emperor

Enhanced variant of the Edge Wanderer mob

Cold Potion

You can buy it from merchants. Drinking the potion will make your character stronger and give him additional defense against attacks.

Battle Coin 2

You can get the coin by killing monsters - they fall out randomly. The item has no functions of its own, but it can be used for trade exchange and to buy valuable items.

Chaos Armor

A new type of defense that will not only help you avoid damage from attacks, but also looks stylish.

Falling Shadow

You will be able to purchase an item that gives a shadow effect from a character from a vendor.

Fallen Erian

One of the rather strong and dangerous mobs, the creepy Erian has two phases of attacks - more and less powerful.

How to create monsters in the game

To spawn monsters, you will need to kill Void Zombies and collect fragments to create the Void Crystal. Already from the crystal you can create manifests to spawn new mobs. More detailed instructions are presented in the in-game screenshots below:

Rotten Beast

Appears from the battle manifest and has 800 health. In some cases, the damage of new attacks can increase (standard is 8 units), and the beast will remain invulnerable to your attacks for 10 seconds. When killing this mob, you can get a bravler.

Brawler

A weapon that you can obtain in combat with the mod. You will be faster with it and your resistance will be boosted, but Bravler gives blindness.

Edge Usurper

It deals only 6 damage, but can summon clones and teleport to new locations unexpectedly. It can be summoned with the Edge Manifesto, and killing it drops the Edge Destroyer. The Usurper has a health of 400.

Edge Destroyer

An item that you can get when defeating the Edge Usurper mob. With its help, the game character will be able to teleport across the block universe.

Vicious Summoner

Despite its average health (only 600 units), this is a rather dangerous mob - it can create spikes and fireballs, summons for attacking champions and explosive mice. The summoner can be summoned with an edge manifest, and when defeating it, the player character will be able to obtain a majar item.

Majar

A special weapon that can be used to fire various projectiles (the type of projectile is determined randomly).

Bone Demon

A distinctive feature of the mob is that it destroys grass, rocks, and dirt around it that get in its way. It has 500 health and deals 8 damage per hit, but it can occasionally roar and summon three more skeletons to help it attack enemies from multiple directions at once. The Bone Demon can be summoned with a death manifest, and when defeating it, the player is dealt an osseon.

Osseon

With weapons looted from Bone Demon, you'll be able to deal much more damage, but your in-game character will get desiccation.

What's new?

The developers regularly update the mod to make the build even more interesting. For example, in the latest version they added new items and textures, fixed flaws in the behavior of mobs and balanced all elements, and some unclaimed items were removed.
